Hi everyone! So it’s already March. This year just seems to be whizzing by although I’m not complaining too much as it means the wedding is getting closer and closer. February was a fairly uneventful month. Just loads of uni work and that’s probably it really. We did find out we are moving though in February which is happening in a weeks time which is exciting!! I also go back to uni for my final week on campus next week. I did, however, get a new kindle this month as I’ve had kindles in the past but they both broke and I have wanted a paperwhite one forever so I decided to bite the bullet and treat myself to one.
What I read in February
So in terms of my reading challenge I actually read five books in February.
Dear Evan Hansen
Harry Potter and the cursed child
Books I want to read in March
A girl called Shameless – This book comes out on the 7th March and I cannot wait!! It is the sequel to Laura Steven’s debut novel The exact opposite of okay which was my favourite book of last year and this is one of my most anticipated releases of this year.
This lie will kill you – So I actually saw this in Waterstones and when I read the blurb I was quite intruiged. Then recently I saw it on the kindle store for 99p so I thought I may as well buy it because even if I don’t end up enjoying it, it only cost me 99p.
The rule of one – So I actually got this book a while back as a kindle first so it was free but I wasn’t entirely sure after choosing it whether it would be my thing. However, I’ve decided I am going to give it a chance because it was free so it didn’t cost me anything if I don’t end up liking it. Plus I have got quite into books that revolve around a bit of a distopian future recently so I might enjoy it more.
How was your February? Do you have any plans for March? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments.
Thanks for reading!
