“‘Bonnie. Never Mum or Mummy or Mother. Just Bonnie.’
When it comes to flying under the radar, Ro Snow is an expert.
No friends. No boys. No parties. And strictly NO VISITORS.
It may be lonely, but at least this way the truth remains where it should – hidden. Then Tanvi Shah, the girl who almost died, comes tumbling back into her life, and Ro finds herself losing control of her carefully constructed lies. But if Ro’s walls come crumbling down, who’s going to take care of Bonnie…”

I loved this book!! I actually saw it on twitter but I was just so drawn in by the cover and then when I read the synopsis I just knew I had to read it. I read The art of being normal by Lisa a few years back and I loved it and I also read floored last year which she wrote alongside six other amazing YA authors. I wasn’t sure I would actually warm to Ro in the beginning. I knew why she was the way she was but at the same time I just didn’t get her but as the book went on I was rooting for her and loved her by the end.
I really liked the fact that is very different to anything I have read. One reason I absolutely love YA is because of the representation of individuals. Every character has their own story and no two are the same. I also love that there are so many unique authors in this genre and I just fall in love with every book I read. I also loved the friendship between Ro and Tanvi by the end of the book.
