Hi everyone! So if you are a regular reader, you will know that I take part in the Blogger book nook run by Abbey and Tabitha every month. If you are new to this, it is a book group where Abbey and Tabitha set a prompt for each month with questions relating to it in order to motivate us to read a book relating to the prompt and review it. This month’s prompt was an interesting one as it goes against every instinct I have as a reader…to judge a book by it’s cover. For this prompt, I chose The girl of ink and stars by Kiran Millwood Hargrave because it has such a beautiful cover and struck me as something I would read.
Hi everyone! So you may notice I am doing something a little different on my blog today. I am taking part in a blog tour organised by neverland blog tours by reviewing last Prince of Alkebulahn by Antony Hewitt.
Hi everyone! So today’s post was going to be another ‘this is what I’ve learnt’ kind of post but not only did I not want to write another of those posts, I have something new and exciting to share. If you read my last post, you will know I am winging it for a while. Part of what I want to do as a result of this decision is to work for myself. I had admitted that I didn’t know exactly what this would entail and that I knew there would be some challenges. However, last week I had a brainwave. I have decided to open my own etsy shop!
“Sixteen-year-old Aza never intended to pursue the mystery of fugitive billionaire Russell Pickett, but there’s a hundred thousand dollar reward at stake and her Best and Most Fearless Friend, Daisy, is eager to investigate. Hi everyone! If you have been following my blog for a while, you will know I love everything Disney. I recently starting sharing Disney themed content on my blog, although it has been slightly sparse. With this in mind, I really wanted to make Disney content a major part of my blog this year. I have had this in the pipeline for a while but I just didn’t have the motivation to get it off the ground but I thought as one of my blogging goals is to diversify my content, I thought now would be a better chance than ever. I love Disney YouTubers and whenever they share their Disney trips they call them ‘series’ so I thought as I don’t have a YouTube channel I could do a Disney series on my blog instead!
Hi everyone! So firstly apologies for the long winded title (I never was good at them) but I feel like it sums up this post perfectly. I have been unemployed for two months now and it has been a struggle. For me, though, it’s not even the lack of money that worries me, it is the pressure of finding a job. The hardest thing about finding a job is finding the right one for me, particularly after my experience with my last job. I get that not everybody ends up in a job they love or is perfect for them but my last job was more than just disliking it. I am actually scared that I will end up in another job that causes me anxiety.
