Let’s talk about university (part 2)

Hi everyone! So I know this post a little long overdue but it’s here! So a few weeks ago (actually way over a month ago, woops!) I wrote a post about my own experience of university and I wanted to write a post that was more advice around going to university and being there. I wanted to write about the process of choosing to go to university because I feel like it gets overlooked when talking about university. Also, I feel like there are things that don’t get said and need to be. Overcoming my slump

Hi everyone! So recently I’ve been feeling in a little bit of a slump. I graduate on Tuesday and as exciting as that is, it’s pretty scary too. It’s the scary prospect of not really knowing where you’re life is going mixed in with seeing other people announcing exciting, life changing news. I keep thinking about how I want to be at the point of having a good stable job, my own home and at least being able to consider the prospect of having my own family.  Continue reading “Overcoming my slump”

Being my own queen

Hi everyone! So today’s post is a bit different, it would have been my blogging goals post but I felt the need to write this post and just put my feelings out there (and I am determined to get this post published, I’ve been working on it for about a week). I’ve been thinking a lot about being a ‘blogger’ recently. I know I’m always complaining about being a blogger and the blogging community but there are just things that need to be said.
