Let’s talk about Disney

Hi everyone! So today’s post is part of my let’s talk about series and I decided to talk all things Disney! If you don’t know me, I love Disney. I am such a big fan of everything Disney related. I have a tonne of Disney stuff, I love disney films, I love anything related to Disney (I’ll talk about this bit in a little more detail), I love the parks (again I’ll talk about this in more detail), I am just a Disney fanatic!!

I thought I would just talk about a few of my favourite Disney films and characters to start off with. As much as I like modern Disney, I love old Disney. So like the original princesses, especially Cinderella, are my favourites. I also love characters like Winnie the Pooh and stitch. As I already said, I also love modern Disney too. I love zootropolis, Tangled, the live action Alice in wonderland and Alice through the looking glass, frozen, brave. Honestly, if it’s a Disney film I’m bound to love it. I do need to see Moana and I am so excited for the new beauty and the beast to come out!!

I recently started listening to a podcast that has been mentioned by Brogan Tate in a few of her videos called dedicated to Disneyland Paris. I have never been to Disneyland Paris before (I’ll talk about that after this) so I wasn’t sure if I would be able to follow it because it goes into a lot of detail about the park and attractions and what’s going on so having never been I didn’t think I would have a clue what they were talking about. However, I absolutely love it! It’s just so fun to listen to and I actually love hearing about all the different things at Disneyland Paris even though I have never been. I was going to write a full post on this but I realised there probably isn’t much to say that warrants a full post but honestly whether you’ve been to Disneyland Paris or not you definitely have to listen to this podcast if you are a Disney fan.

As I have mentioned, having listened to dedicated to dlp I am desperate to go to Disneyland Paris! I’ve literally been mentally planning a trip even though I can’t afford it. I’ve been researching hotels (Disney one obvs) and flights, that’s how much I want to go! I’ve been to Disney world Florida and I know some people see Disneyland Paris as a bit of a downgrade because it’s smaller and is French but honestly I just love Disney and there could be a Disney park in the middle of nowhere and I would want to go! I love seeing characters so that would be a must for me and rides obviously and shows and literally everything Disneyland has to offer I will do it!! If I had all the money in the world I would go for either Halloween or Christmas for sure! I would have loved to go to see the 25th anniversary too but I don’t have any money to afford it this year at least. I would have to stay in a Disney hotel because it’s part of the experience and I have to do it at a park at least once and it’s too expensive in Florida and I would prefer to do Paris seperate to Disneyland Paris. Who knows what the next year will bring, I really want to book a trip!!

That’s it really! I want to try to incorporate Disney into my blog more because it really is one of my biggest loves and this is what my blog is about! I have a couple of Disney themed posts in the pipeline but I want to make it more Disney oriented. Do you love Disney as much as me? Feel free to share your feelings in the comments.

Thanks for reading!

I adore Disney so much too! I wouldn’t worry about DLP being a downgrade as it isn’t really, of course it’s smaller and has less parks/less hotels etc but it has its own charm and the actual Disneyland Park is amazing. Of course Anaheim (the original) is hard to beat, but going to Tokyo/Orlando Disney as well, Paris’s Disneyland Park is definitely better – I can’t wait for you to visit! Also go watch Moana pronto, you will not be disappointed! xx
